I was born and raised in New Windsor, New York just a hop and skip from West Point where I first started my Federal career. Eventually, I transferred to work for the Air Force at the Pentagon and worked in both military and civilian personnel. When I retired, I was awarded the second highest award a civilian can receive, The Air Force Meritorious Service Award. I am very proud of that.
When I moved to this area, I met and married my husband, an Air Force Officer. My husband passed away in March 1999. I have 3 children, 4 grandchildren and two great-grand children.
I have lived in the Clifton, Fairfax Station area for the past 33 years . I am very familiar with this area and have made a lot of good friends. I served in our Homes' Association as President, Vice President, Archetictural Committee Chair and Secretary. I am a member of the Springfield United Methodist Church, and a Board member of their Christian Weekday Program. I am also a member of the Potomac Personnel Institute, a 25 year old association of professional human resource managers and leaders throughout the Federal Government and management consulting firms. I have contacts with many military families on a daily basis and being from this environment myself, I am very familiar with their needs.
I am available to assist my clients at any time, day or night, 7 days a week – my cell phone is always with me. I work hard to ensure my clients are well represented and always ensure a smooth transition.
