I am based out of my home office in Sterling, VA. I am responsible for properties in 5 counties in 2 states, and for logistical and practical purposes, I am not able to show all properties to prospective buyers myself. My policy for showing REO properties is that I will show REO properties South of the Potomac River (including all of Leesburg), West of Washington D.C., North of I-66 and East of Route 15. For all other properties, I will refer prospective buyers to experienced buyer’s agents. I show “traditional sales” based upon seller preferences.
